Introduction
HT-LWQ no sodium slag cleaner
Ⅰ. purpose:
After the pure aluminum and aluminum alloy used for avoiding sodium are smelted, the scum on the surface of the liquid can be removed, and the slag can be adsorbed near the surface.
Ⅱ. Product features:
1. Increase the surface tension of aluminum and slag. The separation of aluminum liquid is good.
2. This product contains no sodium, and has no damage to aluminum melt.
Ⅲ. Usage:
1. Use in the furnace: sprinkle the slag cleaning agent on the slag surface, then gently beat, stir the aluminum slag for 3-5 minutes to scrape off the slag.
2. Use outside the furnace: sprinkle the slag evenly in the aluminum residue, and then "fry" the slag.
Ⅳ. Process parameters:
1, refining temperature: 600-700 ℃
2. Dosage: 1.0-1.5kg/T aluminum
Ⅴ. packaging and specifications:
Each bag 2.5kg, each box 25kg, plastic bag sealed, stored dry place, valid for 12 months.
